The John Gotti and Al Capone meat rub’s goes very well with all meats, from Beef to fish.
Directions for use: Drizzle your meat with Olive Oil and then generously sprinkle the Rub over and message it into your meat. Cover the meat and allow it to rest for at least 3 hours, however overnight in the fridge is better.
