What a delightful experience dealing with this company! I ordered a teapot from them and it was shipped immediately. I received an email confirmation with tracking number. The courier company was Globeflight and I was able to track my package from departure to delivery and my teapot arrived exactly on time.
The teapot was very well wrapped and protected in the box so the chance of any breakage was extremely minimal and it arrived in perfect condition!
